Each property is assigned a tier at the time of booking and shown prominently before you confirm.
Full freedom to change plans
Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund of the accommodation cost. Ideal for stays where plans may still shift.
Balanced, the most common tier
Cancel at least 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made inside that window are refunded at 50% of the accommodation cost.
Reserved for high-demand residences
Applied to villas and signature residences. Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a 50% refund; no refund applies thereafter.
How to cancel
Locate the reservation email or sign in to My Bookings to view your itinerary and its cancellation tier.
Select Cancel reservation, confirm the property and dates, and review the refund estimate shown before you commit.
Approved refunds return to your original payment method. A confirmation is emailed the moment processing begins.
