When is my card charged?

Depending on the rate you select, you are either charged in full at the time of booking or a deposit is taken with the balance due before arrival. The exact schedule is shown at checkout and in your confirmation.

Which currency will I be billed in?

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Your card is charged in the property's settlement currency, and your bank applies its own exchange rate. We never add a hidden currency-conversion fee.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card data is tokenised by our PCI DSS Level 1 payment partners. We retain only a secure token, never the full card number, so your details remain protected.

Can I pay with more than one method or a corporate account?

Split payments and corporate billing are available on many stays. Speak with the concierge before booking and we will arrange the appropriate billing setup.
